our micro dairy is a little bit different; the cows keep their calves with them and share the milk with us. We are passionate about compassionate farming and ensuring high animal welfare standards are upheld. Our fresh milk is pasteurised and bottled on site; it hasn't been homogenised so will need shaking between each pour as the cream rises to the top. Fresh natural milk, gently pasteurised. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
